Enrollment

If you are interested in enrolling your child at The Academy, please provide the following documentation:

 

  1. Download, complete, and sign the Academy Application for Admission Form.​

  2. Provide transcripts from the student’s current school including IEP or 504 accommodations, if applicable.​

  3. Provide a written essay from the student explaining why they want to attend The Academy at Double H Ranch (only required for students in 3rd - 12th grade).
